At Lifecote we have a formal and legally binding guarantee system. Once a contract has been completed by the individual regional office, a copy of that contract is sent to the head office in the city. The contract is fully vetted and subsequently a guarantee is issued from Lifecote Ltd the parent company not the regional office. This legal document is signed by a director and sent directly to our customers. This is backed by Lifecote Ltd a company with a million pound plus turnover and expanding yearly with a trading history within the damp proofing industry of 14 years.    

Thus there is no third party, or trade association to blame if problems re-occur in the future. Lifecote Ltd will attend and repair any defect in our works for the term of the guarantee. We spend tens of thousands of pounds in marketing yearly and this produces our million pounds plus turnover.
